The Xpress Cheesecloth is made for use with the TofuXpress Gourmet Food Press. This deluxe quality unbleached cheesecloth is durable enough to withstand several uses.

Excellent for use in making cheese and thick yogurt,

A 12 inch x 12 inch piece is large enough to line the TofuXpress unit and cover food. 

After use, place cheesecloth into boiling water for 10 minutes. Air dry and re-use.

Use with cooking, basting, straining, polishing and more.

No chlorine has been used in the making of this cheesecloth.
