The Xpress Cutter conveniently cuts pressed tofu into cubes.

Made of durable food-grade quality stainless steel, and is dishwasher safe. 

Made entirely in the USA.

~ For 12 cubes, place the TofuXpress Cutter on top of tofu brick and press down.

~ For 24 cubes, remove the pressed brick of tofu, slice lengthwise, and return the two layers of the sliced tofu to the TofuXpress unit.  Place the TofuXpresser Cutter on top of the tofu brick and press down.
