Well after almost a month of trying to locate my press--I ordered another which miraculously made it here in 2 days - I LOVE THIS product--it is the best!, I have pressed fruit , tofu, spinach right now---thank you thank you  for your product.  I am glad I have it - if any body is considering getting one don't consider.  Buy this--it will be the best thing you purchase. I am not the believer of mail order stuff, but this--heck yes! Thank you.

This has been a worthwhile purchase, and I highly recommend it to anyone who eats tofu. It is extremely easy to use: put a block of tofu in the box, put the lid on, place it in the fridge, and an hour later, you have pressed tofu! Say goodbye to using a lot of paper towels and books to drain your tofu.

What an awesome invention. I was a little shy about the price, but WOW - so worth it! I've had it for 2 days and I've already used it to drain thawed chopped spinach, as well as firm tofu. (It helped make an excellent vegan lasagna.) It also comes with a little booklet with a few recipes in it. I know it seems like a lot of money, but think of all the trees you'll save by not needing all that paper towel any more...

I love cooking tofu every now and then, but I would find that it would sit in my fridge for a while before I got around to cooking it because of the hassle of draining it. It would take numerous plates and paper towels and then it would come out unevenly drained (one side taller than the other) and it would take forever to get the consistency I wanted. When I saw this product advertised in one of my vegetarian magazines, I had to have it (actually asked my husband for it as an anniversary present). He said the customer service was extremely good (ordered directly from tofu x-press). The best of all, the product worked exactly as advertised. You just pop the tofu in the press, put it in the fridge for a little while, drain and cook. So easy! And dishwasher safe. I can't say enough good things about this product.

Although it is inconvenient for you to run out of TofuXpress units...I think that is probably a good thing.  It means you are doing well.  I am very happy with my units...I bought four so far to use and share.  I wish you the absolute best of luck. I never do this, but I just had to tell you how wonderful I think the TofuXpress is.  It is hands down my favorite kitchen gadget these days.  I purchased mine a few months ago after my mom recommended it, and I have used it at least once a week since I got it.  It's truly fabulous, and I would recommend it to anyone!  I am thrilled that it is made in the USA!!!
