International shipments do not automatically carry tracking, confirmation or insurance. These shipping extras are only provided upon the specific request by the customer and only if paid by the customer. Any shipments lost or damaged in which the customer did not request and pay for tracking, confirmation or insurance are in the sole responsibility of the customer and TofuXpress, Inc. is not be held responsible for any losses incurred.

International orders (shipped outside the United States) normally require 4-12 business days for delivery. Please be advised that international orders can sometimes be delayed in customs causing a longer delay in delivery of your order.
