TofuXpress, Inc. recommends shipping your order via Priority Mail International service (https://www.usps.com/ship/priority-mail-international.htm) which includes tracking. International shipments do not automatically carry tracking, confirmation or insurance. These shipping extras are only provided upon the specific request by the customer and only if paid by the customer. Any shipments lost or damaged in which the customer did not request and pay for tracking, confirmation or insurance are in the sole responsibility of the customer and TofuXpress, Inc. is not be held responsible for any losses incurred.

International orders (shipped outside the United States) normally require 4-12 business days for delivery. Please be advised that international orders can sometimes be delayed in customs causing a longer delay in delivery of your order.

Every Tofuxpress unit includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, no questions asked. 

 - Returns must be received at TofuXpress, Inc. with original packaging and all associated parts and materials within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price of the unit (excluding shipping).

The Tofuxpress unit also comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering any manufacturer defect. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from mis-use or use in any way other than described in the Instruction Manual and Recipe Guide that comes with the product.

-Returns must be received at TofuXpress, Inc. with all associated parts and materials to be evaluated. If all parts are not returned we will not be able to evaluate your unit.
